I've worked on both sides of the table – from working in capital markets and alternatives at Goldman Sachs to advising principal and institutional investors on talent, value creation, and strategy, while building and scaling an enterprise SaaS company as CEO. This dual perspective shapes how I help investors and portfolio companies win.

At Korn Ferry, I lead Private Markets Advisory across North America, working with PE and growth equity investors from lower middle market sponsors to large-cap global funds. My focus is reducing execution risk, building management teams capable of scaling, and applying AI-powered analytics to diligence, portfolio strategy, and leadership performance.

At PointeOS, I'm building the future of restaurant operations – a cloud-based, AI-driven operating system that unifies fragmented tech stacks and helps operators make smarter decisions in real time. We're advancing toward an environment that thinks and acts alongside the general manager, expanding profit potential through intelligent automation.
